Arsenal's Premier league title hopes are over

Arsenal's worst Premier League run continues as they lose against Bolton Wonderers away from home, Arsenal have won only three games out of their last nine Premier league games.

The current defeat from Bolton blurred the Arsenal's hopes of winning Barclays Premier League this season and their cup-less run extends to six seasons. In a post match analysis on ESPN it was said that now its a time for Arsenal to look for new manager. Arsene Wenger is with Arsenal for about 15 years.

Arsenal started the the game well as always but they failed to keep the momentum going and at the end of the first half on loan striker Daniel Sturridge grab a goal for his team on a set piece, Robin Van Persie equalizes for Arsenal at the start of the second half but just couple of minutes before the end of second half Tamir Cohen grab a winner for his team on another set piece.

Real Madrid lift Copa del Rey trophy

After loosing first and drawing the second clash Jose Mourinho caught Pep Guardiola in the third encounter against their arch rivals Barcelona and he lift another trophy as manager but first as a Real Madrid manager. Madrid always have a lot of star players in their squad but there was something missing and it came with the arrival of on man: Mourinho...!

Cristiana Ronaldo's header in the extra time helped them to win Copa del Rey trophy first time in last 18 years. Iker Casillas hailed Mourinho as a
'Phenomenon' after the cup win and also it was Real Madrid's first win over FC Barcelona since 2008.

What would you call Arsenal Stupid or Unlucky ?

After a great great start of the 2010-2011 campaign, Arsenal are now second to Chelsea after they are set to loose everything in the current season.

Arsene Wenger tried his best to convene Cesc Fabregas to stay at Emirates during the summer transfer window and he succeeded after declining Spanish giants Barcelona by putting 60m price tag on young play maker.

Chelsea's Champions League dream over , Now what about Carlo Ancelotti...?

After loosing Carling cup, FA cup and almost Premier League Chelsea's Champions league dream is also over. Like Chelsea Tottenham and Arsenal are also out of Champions league the only English club left in Champions league is Manchester United.

Chelsea lost the first leg by just one goal at home but they also failed to impress at Old Trafford and the season for Chelsea is coming to end soon. Chelsea's owner Roman Abramovich who has tried more than five managers in less than a decade looks likely to bring the new one for the 2011-2012 campaign.

Blues current manager Carlo Ancelotti joined Chelsea from AC Milan during the last season and helped them to win double, FA cup and Barclays Premier league. But during the current campaign he failed to impress the fans and management and also controversial sacking of Ray Wilkins add to his problems.

Chelsea Ancelotti has mentioned that he has no fear of being sacked and also showed his love for Italian club Roma and also stated that he would love to return to Italy if he lost the job at Stanford bridge.

If Carlo Ancelotti is sacked by Chelsea, Guus Hiddink was the most likely person to replace him at Chelsea. But currently he is with Turkey's national team and rubbishes the speculation of returning to Stanford bridge at the upcoming campaign. Whereas former Liverpool manager Rafa Benitez is also the option.

Should Chelsea axe misfiring Torres..?

ChelseaFC broke all English records after the signing of Spain and Liverpool star striker Fernando Torres which cost blues massive £50m.

After a very successful last season with Liverpool Fernando Torres was plagued by injuries during the start of current campaign and was sold to Chelsea. Since arriving to Chelsea Fernando Torres is not able to adjust himself according to the playing style of blues.

Since the arrival of Fernando Torres at Stanford bridge Carlo Ancelotti has preferred him over Dider Drogba, but Torres is unable to justify his selection. Currently Chelsea are 10 points behind Manchester United in the Premier league, they have already lost Carling cup and are out of FA cup.

Premier League: 75 points will be enough to win the league in coming seasons

With the huge investment by some big big business men in the Premier league and in English clubs the gap between the top four and rest of the teams is decreasing. And it is expected that within two to three years time 75 points will be enough to win the league and the gap of points between the the will be very minor.

During last two years we have witnessed more than £250m of investment on players, and if business icons keep on investing their money in Premier league title will be decided on goal difference. Arab, American, Russian and now Indian business men have jumped into the Premier league. The only thing that could be the hurdle in the way of investment is UEFA fair-play rules but these rules will be applicable to only top five clubs in the league and according to the Fair-Play rules if Club's expenditure is more than their income the will not be eligible to play Champions league football. This decision was took after the clubs with Big names and Big debts are in trouble. Manchester United is the immense example of this situation.
