Should Chelsea axe misfiring Torres..?

ChelseaFC broke all English records after the signing of Spain and Liverpool star striker Fernando Torres which cost blues massive £50m.

After a very successful last season with Liverpool Fernando Torres was plagued by injuries during the start of current campaign and was sold to Chelsea. Since arriving to Chelsea Fernando Torres is not able to adjust himself according to the playing style of blues.

Since the arrival of Fernando Torres at Stanford bridge Carlo Ancelotti has preferred him over Dider Drogba, but Torres is unable to justify his selection. Currently Chelsea are 10 points behind Manchester United in the Premier league, they have already lost Carling cup and are out of FA cup.

Now Chelsea have only UEFA champions league title in their reach. Chelsea lost the first leg against Manchester United at home last week. Carlo Ancelotti once again prefer Fernando Torres over Dider Drogba and he was no where near his best.

Now all the eyes are on Carlo Ancelotti and Chelsea's upcoming match against Manchester united. will Ancelotti starts with Fernando Torres again ? or he will go with his two best strikers Dider Drogba and Nicolas Anelka.

It looks like that Ancelotti is under pressure of Russian owner who wants Torres to play or may be Carlo is trying to prove that £50m they spend on Torres was not a disaster.

Roman Abramovich has tried more than 5 managers during the last 7 years and now it looks that Carlo is also on his way out of Stanford bridge at the last of current campaign and Guus Hiddink is the most likely manager to replace him.
